60-day returns

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return, used or unused. The device should be returned with its charging cable and packaging where possible.

How to start a return

1. Email yorda@shopyorda.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the parcel back and send us the tracking number.

Refunds

Once the return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it. Original shipping charges (for example express upgrades) are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or leaking items

If your set arrives damaged or a bottle leaks in transit, email us photos within 60 days. We replace it free of charge, including shipping both ways.

Opened bottles

You can return the set even if you have used it. Skincare takes weeks to judge, so the guarantee covers half-empty bottles — that is the whole point of it.

Exchanges and cancellations

Need a different bundle? Email us before your order ships and we will swap it. Orders that have already left the warehouse can be returned under the 60-day policy above.
