Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing details you supply are accurate.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Free tracked shipping arrives in 2–5 business days; express shipping arrives in about 2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

Product use

The Yorda trio is a personal-care device, not a medical device. Use only clean water or the recommended solutions, follow the included instructions, and stop use if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to Yorda and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
